At 80% of your conversations we email you and show a note in your dashboard. When they are all used, conversations that already started keep their answers, and new visitors get a short line asking for their email instead of an AI answer; each one shows in your Inbox so you can reply. Nothing extra is ever charged. The Billing page shows how many you have used, the count starts again each month, and you can move up a plan at any time.
Yes. Pick the new plan on the Billing page in your dashboard and your subscription moves to it. The difference for the rest of the month is worked out automatically. Changing plan during the free trial does not restart the free month.
