Add AI-powered customer support to your Wix site in under 60 seconds.
Replace YOUR_SITE_ID with your ID from the FoxChat dashboard.
In your Wix dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar.
Under Advanced, click Custom Code.
Click + Add Custom Code. Paste the FoxChat code from Step 1.
Set Add Code to Pages = All Pages. Set Place Code in = Body - end.
Click Apply, then Publish your site. FoxChat is now live.
Make sure you published the site after adding the code. Wix won't show custom code on unpublished sites.
Change the widget position to bottom-left from your FoxChat dashboard.
Go back to Settings > Custom Code and delete the FoxChat entry.
