GetFoxChat vs Botpress

Botpress is a platform for building AI agents, with a visual studio, a helpdesk called Botpress Desk and plans priced by conversations. GetFoxChat is website chat whose AI operator answers from your own pages and shows visitors where to click. Below, every Botpress fact is quoted from Botpress's own pages and linked.

How this page is made: each Botpress line below is taken from Botpress's own public pages, with a link to the page and the date we checked it (27 Sep 2026). If we could not read something on Botpress's pages, we do not state it.

Showing visitors around the page: does Botpress do it?

GetFoxChat: When the answer is a button, link or field on the page, the operator scrolls to it and draws a ring around it with a short note, instead of describing where it is. For a task with several steps, the operator runs a guided tour: step 1 of N with Next and Skip, moving on when the visitor clicks the highlighted element, and it can pause for a side question and resume.

Botpress: We found no claim of highlighting elements on the page, guided tours or walkthroughs on the Botpress pages we checked (pricing, Knowledge Bases, Botpress Desk, escalation and webchat). GetFoxChat's operator highlights the element that answers a visitor's question, or walks them through a multi-step tour on the page itself.

Where Botpress has more than GetFoxChat
