Showing visitors around the page: does HubSpot do it?
GetFoxChat: When the answer is a button, link or field on the page, the operator scrolls to it and draws a ring around it with a short note, instead of describing where it is. For a task with several steps, the operator runs a guided tour: step 1 of N with Next and Skip, moving on when the visitor clicks the highlighted element, and it can pause for a side question and resume.
HubSpot: We found no claim of highlighting elements on the visitor's page or running guided tours for website visitors on the HubSpot pages we checked (live chat, chatbot builder, Service Hub and customer agent). HubSpot's chat routes visitors to people and bots answer questions. GetFoxChat's operator highlights the element that answers the question, or walks the visitor through a multi-step tour on the page.

What the GetFoxChat AI Operator does on your site
The GetFoxChat AI Operator (that you name as you like) is website chat that answers from your own content.
- Learns from your own site. It reads your site's public pages to build its knowledge base, and can import published help-center articles from Zendesk, Intercom, Crisp, Help Scout and Freshdesk, or a CSV file.
- Visitor goals. You list why visitors come to your site (buy, book a demo, get support). The operator recognizes the goal from the pages a visitor views and what they click, can offer the first step, such as a tour, and you see how many reached the goal.
- A person when it matters. Visitors can press Talk to a person, and your team replies from the GetFoxChat inbox.
Tested every night, results published
Each night the operator is asked real questions on our own sites, and each answer is checked: that it answered, that it gave the right link, and that it pointed at the right button or started the right tour. Last run 27 September 2026: 145 of 145 questions passed across 4 sites. These are our own four sites, and the page shows one night of results so far, so this is not yet a trend.
| Site | Last run, 27 September 2026 |

What we could not verify, so this page does not state it:
- The Service Hub pricing page renders its prices by script, so we read the plan prices from the Service Hub product page instead. hubspot.com/pricing/service
- The Starter edition price is shown as a limited-time new-customer discount next to the regular price, so no Starter price is stated here. hubspot.com/products/service
HubSpot changes its pages. We re-check every source monthly and update this page when a fact changes. Spotted something out of date? Email support@getfoxchat.com.
