Showing visitors around the page: does Re:amaze do it?

GetFoxChat: When the answer is a button, link or field on the page, the operator scrolls to it and draws a ring around it with a short note, instead of describing where it is. For a task with several steps, the operator runs a guided tour: step 1 of N with Next and Skip, moving on when the visitor clicks the highlighted element, and it can pause for a side question and resume.

Re:amaze: Partly. Re:amaze lists co-browsing, which lets someone on your team see where a customer is stuck. The GetFoxChat AI Operator does the showing itself: it highlights the button or field on the page, or runs a step-by-step tour, with no one from your team online.

Where Re:amaze has more than GetFoxChat

GetFoxChat is website chat. It has no ticketing system, no phone, SMS or WhatsApp channel, and no SSO.

When GetFoxChat is not the right pick

Pick Re:amaze if you run an online store and want one helpdesk for email, social, SMS, voice and chat, with order details beside each conversation. GetFoxChat is not the right pick if you need those channels, a helpdesk, co-browsing or video calls. Pick GetFoxChat if you want website chat whose AI operator answers from your own pages and shows visitors where to click.
