The GetFoxChat AI Operator (that you name as you like) is website chat that answers from your own content.

Learns from your own site. It reads your site's public pages to build its knowledge base, and can import published help-center articles from Zendesk, Intercom, Crisp, Help Scout and Freshdesk, or a CSV file.
Visitor goals. You list why visitors come to your site (buy, book a demo, get support). The operator recognizes the goal from the pages a visitor views and what they click, can offer the first step, such as a tour, and you see how many reached the goal.
A person when it matters. Visitors can press Talk to a person, and your team replies from the GetFoxChat inbox.

Tested every night, results published

Each night the operator is asked real questions on our own sites, and each answer is checked: that it answered, that it gave the right link, and that it pointed at the right button or started the right tour.
