GetFoxChat: When the answer is a button, link or field on the page, the operator scrolls to it and draws a ring around it with a short note, instead of describing where it is. For a task with several steps, the operator runs a guided tour: step 1 of N with Next and Skip, moving on when the visitor clicks the highlighted element, and it can pause for a side question and resume.
Chatra: Not described on the pages we checked. Chatra's bot offers reply options and can hand over to a person. The GetFoxChat AI Operator highlights the button, link or field on the page, or runs a step-by-step tour.

What the GetFoxChat AI Operator does on your site
The GetFoxChat AI Operator (that you name as you like) is website chat that answers from your own content.
- Learns from your own site. It reads your site's public pages to build its knowledge base, and can import published help-center articles from Zendesk, Intercom, Crisp, Help Scout and Freshdesk, or a CSV file.
- Visitor goals. You list why visitors come to your site (buy, book a demo, get support). The operator recognizes the goal from the pages a visitor views and what they click, can offer the first step, such as a tour, and you see how many reached the goal.
- A person when it matters. Visitors can press Talk to a person, and your team replies from the GetFoxChat inbox.
Tested every night, results published
Each night the operator is asked real questions on our own sites, and each answer is checked: that it answered, that it gave the right link, and that it pointed at the right button or started the right tour. Last run 27 September 2026: 145 of 145 questions passed across 4 sites. These are our own four sites, and the page shows one night of results so far, so this is not yet a trend.
